Service Description
This course trains law enforcement officers in the effective and ethical use of online undercover accounts—commonly known as sock puppets—for investigations, intelligence gathering, and proactive enforcement. Participants will learn how to build, manage, and deploy digital personas across multiple platforms while maintaining operational security, legal compliance, and investigative integrity. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Course registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an authorized purchase order. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. A confirmation email with course details will be sent upon successful booking. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled course start time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled course start time are non-refundable. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Rescheduling Policy: Registrants may reschedule their course at any time prior to the course start time without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email. Organizer Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training courses due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or instructor availability. In such cases, registrants will receive a full refund or may transfer their registration to a future course date.
